Our pets are family, whether they have fur, feathers or something else entirely. When it’s time to say goodbye, they deserve a farewell that honours the place they hold in our hearts.
From collection through to the return of their ashes, I’ll ensure your pet is treated with care, dignity and respect.
1. Individual Collection
If your pet is at home, I'll make a special separate trip to collect them, day or night. Your
pet has their own dedicated space in my vehicle. If your pet is at a veterinary clinic, I'll
arrange collection from there and handle them with the same care and respect.
2. Individual Cremation
Your pet is cremated individually through our premium single-animal cremator. Their
identity is carefully maintained with their own ID-tag throughout the process, and their
ashes are kept completely separate from those of other animals. The ashes returned to
you are entirely your pet's, with no ashes from other animals mixed in.
3. Ashes Returned
Once the cremation is complete, I'll personally arrange to deliver your pet's ashes to
your home or veterinary clinic, whichever you prefer. I'll get them back to you as soon as
possible.

carefully chosen style, providing a beautiful and lasting way to keep your pet close.
Custom Urns
If you'd prefer something more personal, custom urn options can be arranged.
Scatter Boxes
A simple option for keeping your pet's ashes safe or scattering them somewhere
meaningful.
You don't have to make every decision right away. You may prefer to bring your pet's
ashes home in a scatter box and choose your own urn, memorial jewellery or another
keepsake later. There's no right or wrong way to remember them.
